		Dr. Richard Heinzl, Medical Director for VIP Health Options, is a medical doctor with expertise in preventive medicine and founder of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) in Canada. A graduate of McMaster University, Dr. Heinzl also studied at Harvard and Oxford. He worked with MediSpecialist, which provided Internet-based, specialty-specific clinical opinions, and is a senior medical consultant for International SOS, the world's leading provider of medical assistance, international health care, security services and outsourced customer care. He is also a Board Certified specialist and Fellow with the American College of Preventive Medicine.
Dr. Heinzl joined VIP Health Options in August, 2008, and as Medical Director he will assist in managing your health, be available to provide telephone consultations to resolve a medical situation or offer medical advice. He will also arrange appointments, conduct research to resolve medical issues and, in some specific cases, be available to review and explain Second Opinion reports.

		Miguële comes to VIP Health Options with extensive experience in the medical industry. She spent time educating physicians and specialists about the dangers of obesity in Canada and the treatment options available. Miguële also assisted in developing and promoting a new private clinic, locally and nationally, within the medical industry.   Fully bilingual, Miguële also has experience in business development, sales, marketing and promotions in both the private and public sector. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Miguële was extremely active in local committees that focused on educational and medical matters.
These committees include: College Notre Dame Cancer Research Committee, Science North Festival of Trees Committee, Ontario’s National Training Centre Committee, Mayor’s Round Table Committee, Business Professional Women of Sudbury Committee, Laurentian University Orientation Week Committee, Laurentian University Fresh Start Committee, and Laurentian University Student Retention Committee.

The VIP Health Options program has grown under Miguële's management. She has had a significant role in developing relationships with the program's service and medical providers.

She has established service and client protocols that have allowed VIP Health Options to deliver an efficient and seamless service for its members. Miguële has also worked closely with service providers and conducts ongoing oversight to ensure they provide a high level of service.

Miguële's leadership in promoting VIP Health Options' services, training new staff, managing administrative responsibilities and overseeing the day-to-day operations ensures VIP Health Options continues to offer quality programs and adheres to the highest standards for professionalism and customer service.

		Azzure comes to VIP Health Options with 6 years experience in the medical field, in various settings. She graduated from the Medical Office Administration Diploma program at Mohawk College in April 2007. Azzure is very active in the Burlington Community. She volunteered at Hamilton Health Sciences, and is employed at Community Living Burlington on a part time basis, where she assists with the many activities of daily living. Azzure will serve as your primary point of contact when you call VIP Health Options. She will also assist in managing your health requirements and ensure your files are accurate and up to date.
